We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, professional experience, bar admission details, and career preferences when you create a profile or use our career tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to match you with criminal defense job opportunities, provide career assessment results, generate resumes, and deliver intelligence briefings. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We do not store sensitive case information or client data. All API endpoints are protected by CSRF validation, rate limiting, and input sanitization.

4. Intelligence Data

Court analytics, judicial intelligence, and sentencing data displayed on our platform are sourced from publicly available government records including the Judicial Council of California, California DOJ OpenJustice, and county budget documents. No private or sealed court records are accessed or displayed.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics cookies.

6. Your Rights
